You can purchase our items online without registration, all you are required to do is fill in the mandatory fields (first name, last name, shipping address, contact number and/or your e-mail address) so that we can proceed with shipping and delivering your order..
Once you select the option ‘Order’, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including all details of your (tracking number, items purchased, delivery deadlines, the amount paid for your order, etc.).
You will receive these details in the confirmation e-mail after you complete your order. For those of you based in Serbia, you will receive a text message notifying you on when to expect your payment to arrive. The courier will give you a call around 30 minutes prior to the delivery of your order and check if you are at the delivery address. If you are not, the courier will arrange the next delivery time slot.
For all orders outside of Serbia, you can track the status of your order using the tracking number you received in your confirmation e-mail. You can find more details here.
If you have entered wrong personal details while placing an order (first name, last name, address, contact number), please proceed to send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call on +381643043048 AT YOUR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE so that we can enter the valid data and ship your order regularly. Your data can be edited once you log in on our page using your user name and password and get to ‘My profile’ page. This is where you can also change other details in regards to your personal data – manage your orders, their delivery statuses and favorite items.
You should select the login/register button and proceed to select the ‘forgot your password?’ option. You will then be asked to confirm your e-mail address and our IT support team will proceed to send you the link you can use to reset your password. By clicking on the link, you will be transferred to the page where you can change and confirm your new password. You can then log into your user profile on www.lolam.com again and continue shopping.
In this case, you need to click ‘cancel here’ in the confirmation e-mail you receive after purchasing the item, no later than 30 minutes after your order and your order will get cancelled. If you do not manage to cancel your order within the deadline, it is still possible to cancel your shipment, in which case you will be held responsible to cover the delivery/shipment fee. Delivery is free of charge for all orders equal to and higher than 150 EUR (counter exchanged into RSD based on the average exchange rate of Banca Intesa on the day of the purchase). For orders below 150 EUR, the delivery fee for the territory of the Republic of Serbia is RSD 250, whereas the terms and conditions as well as the delivery fee rates for all other countries worldwide can be found here.
You can pay for your order using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro cards or your PayPal account. The card has to be approved on bank’s behalf and eligible for online payments. Detailed information on payment methods can be found here
