Terms of Delivery

  • For our customers based in Serbia:
  • After finalizing your order process, you will receive an e-mail of confirmation of your order to the e-mail address that you have shared while placing your order.

    From the moment of receiving your confirmation e-mail, the delivery deadline is 5 business days, however most times your package will get to you even sooner, as our average delivery time is 1 or 2 business days. In case there of any unpredicted events, our operator will contact you.

    Receiving your order

    In order to ship your orders to you as safely as we can, we partner with Courier Service of Daily Express or Post Express (chosen at your preference while placing the order). Their couriers will bring the items you order to your delivery address between 08:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please ensure that there is someone available at the address to receive the shipment during these hours. When receiving the shipment, please inspect the package to make sure there is no visible damage to it. If you notice that the transport packaging is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may be damaged as well, please refuse to accept the shipment and immediatelynotify our team.

    If there is no visible damage on the package, please receive the order and sign the confirmation receipt form provided by the courier.

    Courier service of your preference will attempt to deliver your order twice. The standardized procedure is for the courier to call you on the contact number you provided within your shipping details if you are not found at your address and negotiate a new delivery time with you. If you are not present at the address for the second time, the order will be returned to us. Once we get the shipment back, we will contact you to determinethe reason why the package has not been delivered and discuss sending the order again.

    Costs of delivery

    All costs of delivery will be clearly stated, separately from the item price, with the overall price stated as well. Delivery is free of charge for all orders amounting to or exceeding RSD 15,000. If the value of your order is below RSD 15,000, the cost of delivery will be RSD 250 (VAT included).

     

  • For all customers outside of Serbia:

    Costs of your delivery will be created and stated within your process of placing the order and confirming the costs.

 

  • For our customers based in Serbia:

For all customers outside of Serbia:

While placing your order, please choose one of the two delivery options: POST EXPORT service or DHL service.

Delivery is free of charge for all orders above 150EUR. 

 

For all orders below 150EUR:

If you choose POST EXPORT courier service, the delivery fee for Europe and USA is 15EUR. For all other countries worldwide, the delivery fee after choosing  POST EXPORT service is 20EUR. Estimated delivery time for each country can be found here.

After your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the unique code of your order that you can use to track your package.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The estimated delivery time is shown for informative purposes only. Lolam LLC company cannot vouch for the estimated delivery time shown in the table. The package can be kept longer than initially planned at certain posts for safety checking procedures, which can postpone the estimated delivery time. Prolonged deliveries are also prone to happen during holiday seasons, as processing the packages can take longer than the usual.

The package can be subject to the local taxes of the delivery country – for more information on this, please check with your local customs service office. LolamLLC cannot be held responsible for higher delivery expenses due to the customs taxes or any other matters valid in the country the package is being delivered to.
