In accordance with Articles 13 and 27 of the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 62/2014), the company Lolam LLC Belgrade hereby provides to all of its valued customers who conduct online purchases of items via the website www.lolam.com, the following

INFORMATION ON TERMS OF USE AND SALE:

• Online sales of items through the website www.lolam.com is conducted as part of the registered business activity of the company Lolam LLC Belgrade, with its registered office at MilentijaPopovića 5v/22 Belgrade; Company Registration No. 21141707; Tax Identification No. (PIB): 109204237; telephone: +381; fax +381 11; www.lolam.com; complaints email address: xx@lolam.com;
• According to the Law on Customer Protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 62/2014), online purchasing via our website www.lolam.com is considered distance selling;
• All basic characteristics of the items we are selling can be found on www.lolam.com
• Any product sold via the website www.lolam.com possesses all the features necessary for the regular use of that type of product, in accordance with its purpose as defined on each product label;
• Product conformity is determined exclusively and solely in accordance with the properties and purpose of the product as specified on the accompanying product label;
• The sales price is specified for each of the products; prices on the online portal are shown in Serbian dinars (RSD) for the customers based on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, inclusive of value-added tax (VAT) and in the currency of the euro (EUR) for all other markets.
• The price of the item on the delivery day is the same as that the official price stated on the website on the day of the order
• Lolam LLC keeps the right to cancel the order with an e-mail notice sent to the customer if there has been a rough programming mistake of the price stated on the website (e.g. 100 RSD instead 10000 RSD etc)
• Delivery of goods is free of charge for orders exceeding 250.00 EUR, for customers ordering within Serbian territory – the same amount accounted for in RSD currency based on the average exchange rate (EUR: RSD) on the day of the down payment (based on Banca Intesa exchange rate list)
  - we deliver purchased goods through the DExpress courier service in Serbia, whereas for all other markets worldwide we deliver through DHL in the manner defined here
  - Discounts and promotional offers (deals) are governed by the terms published on the website www.lolam.com
• The Consumer can pay the items purchased through the website www.lolam.com exclusively online by payment cards as indicated on the website; or through a PayPal account
• By clicking the CONFIRM button when placing an order, the Consumer is held responsible for paying for the ordered goods
• If the Consumer determines upon delivery of the ordered product that he/she wants to exchange it for another item of a higher, equal, or lower price, he/she may do so within 14 days in the manner specified here 
  - If upon delivery of the ordered product, the Consumer decides not to keep it, he/she has the right to cancel the purchase contract and is entitled to a refund equal to the amount paid for the product, within 14 days and in the manner specified here
• The Consumer is entitled to file a complaint regarding the items ordered through the ONLINE Shop, even if the Consumer has already worn them. The instructions and procedure of filing complaints concerning the goods purchased through the ONLINE Shop are stated here
